Exclusivity

Carrier agrees that as a condition of using BST Logistics dispatch service, Carrier is not to use any other dispatcher or dispatch service. The use of any
other dispatcher or dispatch service as long as this contract is in effect is a violation of this contract and grounds of termination of contract. The use of
two different dispatch services simply causes confusion and, often, loss of time and revenue.

Dispatch Services Agreement Contract

This is an agreement between BST Logistics LLC (hereafter referred to as BST Logistics) and ,(hereinafter referred to as Carrier) is officially binding on this day of 20 .

Carrier has been authorized to by FMCSA to operate as a for-hire motor carrier pursuant to the authority issued in MC# DOT#

Carrier wishes to utilize BST Logistics services to represent Carrier in acquiring loads from freight brokers, shippers and/or freight holders. Though being
a service BST Logistics is hereby given Limited Power of Attorney by Carrier to conduct business on Carriers behalf. This Power of Attorney includes –
but not limited to – searching for loads, contacting shippers, brokers and freight holders, and signing paperwork necessary to secure loads for Carrier.

In accordance to this agreement BST Logistics job on a load is complete once the rate confirmation for the load has been emailed to the Carrier and the
Carrier has picked up the load. At this point the load is considered “secured” and the Carrier is responsible for payment to BST Logistics for that load.
The rate to BST Logistics receives from the Carrier for this service is % of each “secured load.”

BST Logistics is strictly a service provider for the Carrier and is in no way connected to the business entity of the Carrier. Carrier will not hold BST
Logistics responsible for any loss of loads, damage to loads, loss of profits, factoring issues, loss of paperwork, unsigned BOL’s, or any legal issues
Carrier may encounter during the course of business.

This agreement will remain in effect until the Carrier or BST Logistics decides to discontinue service. In such a case, either party must notify the other
party through email, whether it is from BST Logistics to the Carrier or from the Carrier to BST Logistics.

Carrier will only utilize BST Logistics for securing loads as long as this contract is binding. The only exception is if Carrier secures load on his/her own
behalf. Even in this situation Carrier must notify BST Logistics immediately that he/she has done so.
